Tuscan hills are hidden treasures; we will accompany you on a guided tour of the Tuscan countryside. We will reveal some of the most intricate secrets about truffles, including insights on the environment, their biological cycle and how truffle dogs are trained. Our hunter will introduce you to the exclusive world of truffles, from hunt to table. We will bring you along during this out-of-time experience that will become an indelible memory. You will spend an entertaining and enriching morning hunting for ‘edible gold’ in the scenic woods of Tuscany. Then, no matter what the season and what the hunt, at the end of the pursuit we will be welcomed to a local organic farm, where you will start your cooking lesson. It’s here that we will need to roll our sleeves up and start making our fresh homemade pasta, tagliolini, from scratches and prepare the truffle sauce for your lunch. You will get the chance of cooking together with a very experienced Tuscan lady also some starters like bruschettas and truffle eggs, as well as delicious dessert. It’s time to sit in the terrace with a view on rolling hills and rows of vine and enjoy the fruit of your labor, paired with Chianti Classico wines produced by the farm. Relaxed and accomplished.
