The perfect pairing, especially when framed by the Tuscan countryside and its unreal beauty, made of gently rolling hills covered with vineyards and olive groves, forests and medieval architecture.
We begin the tour with a visit to a cheese farm, exploring everything from the barn to the steps of production that bring these products to our plates. You will meet a passionate shepherd whose dedication becomes pecorino, ricotta and much more, a true delight for the palate. Then comes wine: Chianti Classico, with all its secrets and the production regulations that ensure its high quality. We will visit a local winery led by the passion of a Tuscan family. After walking through the farm and learning about the winemaking process, we will relax in a veranda surrounded by flowers and vines, enjoying a traditional Tuscan lunch prepared with genuine local products, all paired with their wines and spirits.
