Val d’Orcia is a magnificent natural landscape, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site for its beauty, where art, nature and a unique ecosystem blend harmoniously. Our hunter and his dog will introduce you to the exclusive world of truffles, from the search to the table. This truly unique and engaging activity takes place in the heart of the Crete Senesi and is led by a master truffle hunter and his faithful four-legged companion. You will discover how, in this local farm, innovative techniques and a modern approach are used to care for the soil and encourage the growth of truffles throughout the estate. You will enjoy an entertaining and enriching experience hunting for this “edible gold’’ in the scenic woods of Tuscany. The day continues with a tasting featuring the truffles you found, paired with other products from the farm. A delicious Tuscan lunch based on truffle specialties will follow, accompanied by a tasting of their wines and other typical local products.

Note:
Truffles grow in the woodland, so this tour is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Tennis shoes are required, and long pants are recommended due to mosquitoes and wild vegetation.

Rain policy:
The tour will start in case of light rain; raincoats and boots will be provided. In case of heavy rain, we will arrange an alternative activity of the same value.
