Moving from Radda to Chianti in the fabulous Tuscan country, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, we arrive at Colle Bereto. For more than 30 years, in this enchanting and harmonic hamlet they produce wine.
You have now the opportunity to visit this innovative but tradition-related place, taste their wine and have lunch in the center of Chianti Classico. The 60 hectares of summer, of which 15 are devoted to grape growing, are skillfully arranged to obtain excellent quality wines. Sangiovese, the area's "noble vine", is used for Chianti Classico and Chianti Classico Riserva, while the Pinot Noir and Merlot grapes give their best in Il Cenno and Il Tocco, respectively.
The Pinot Noir grapes are also the protagonists in Colle B, the Classic Method sparkling wine which, thanks to its clearly recognizable and well-defined identity, has quickly become a favorite among those who love bubbles.
Here Chianti tradition and modern enology match perfectly together: on one hand it protects the land and on the other it improves productivity. Personality you will never forget.
