Ingredients

  1. Spaghetti
  2. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  3. Salt
  4. 2 Eggs
  5. Bacon / Bacon
  6. 2 cloves of garlic
  7. Half bulb of onion
  8. Grated black pepper

Method

  1. Chop a half bulb of onion and 2 cloves of garlic into tiny pieces
  2. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. (Because the pancetta is salty) 
  3. Add a half box of spaghetti to the boiling water and leave it to cook for 10minutes
  4. Whiles the spaghetti is boiling, put to saucepan pan on fire / heat and pour the bacon / bacon into the pan 
  5. Add the chopped garlic and onions to the bacon / bacon and stir
  6. Beat two eggs into a bowl, add black pepper and stir
  7. Add the grated parmesan cheese to the beated eggs and stir until the mixture has a whitish black color
  8. Sieve the cooked spaghetti (do not throw away the water from the sieved spaghetti)
  9. Bacon / bacon off bacon / bacon / bacon
  10. Add the spaghetti to the mixture in method 9 and stir
  11. You can sprinkle a little water from the sieved pasta just keep the mixture moist if you prefere.
  12. Serve your food on a plate and enjoy


PS:

You can also add milk to the mixture of eggs, cheese and black pepper if you prefer for more creamy.
